Crafted from 100% estate-grown pinot noir, this sparkling wine is made in the traditional champagne method to elicit a fine mousse with nuanced berry and stone fruit flavors. Its festive pink color and refreshing tangerine and sea spray notes are derived from the coastal influence on our sustainably-farmed grapes. Graceful acidity lends a crispness to each sip. 

Vibrant and juicy, our 2023 rosé is made from just one of the six pinot noir clones grown in our vineyard. Clone 115 is known for its red fruit flavors and finesse. Raspberry, tart stone fruit and strawberry flavors unfurl like a beach towel on the warm sand. Sweet floral and citrus notes play in the background. You’ll want to enjoy this quenching rosé with grilled, spicy or fruity dishes.

Grown in a part of our vineyard that was once home to an apple orchard, this golden chardonnay with chartreuse edges brings to mind scattered apple blossoms mingled with ocean mist and lemony custard. Moderate acidity melds with ripe tropical fruit and citrus to anchor each sip. Natural malolactic fermentation and aging on the lees delivers a creamy texture. Balanced and easy-drinking, this wine finishes with a hint of butterscotch. 

This Reserve Chardonnay whisks you away with its honeyed stone fruit aromas and lemon. Each sip relaxes into a warm apple, gathering weight on the palate. Higher acid balances the fuller body while subtle oak aging delivers notes of brown sugar on a structured finish.

Enticingly aromatic with green apple, pineapple, pear and citrus blossom aromas, this unoaked chardonnay reflects a balanced 2023 growing season. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks yields a medium-bodied wine with well-defined apple and mineral flavors.

This wine reveals itself in layers. At the outset, it’s full of sweet-scented raspberry, red cherry and vanilla bean. There’s lively acidity on the palate with juicy briar fruit. Yet, this pinot noir is also a complex cool-climate character. Undertones of dried sage and exotic wood spice make you wonder about a handshake deal between the vines and the forest floor. Identifiable tannins give the medium-bodied wine a persistent and intriguing finish.

This pinot noir plays dark berry fruit against cola and ginger notes. Powerful fruit aromas from the inky, purple wine mirror its richness of body. On the palette, anchoring tannins and spice spin up a delicious toasted oak finish.

Emerging after 18 months in barrel, the 2021 Tempranillo infuses the glass with garnet red energy, cranberry and cherry notes. Botanical aromas of sage and lavender hum alongside sweet dried fig. Expressions of dark chocolate and black olive underscore the complexity of its vintage year. Firm tannins and lively acidity carry the wine toward a strongly perfumed finish.

Soft cocoa powder and eucalyptus mingle with ripe blackberry and black olive in this multi-faceted Tempranillo. On the palate, broad and chalky tannins add density. A fruit finish accented by salinity reflects the vineyard’s proximity to Monterey Bay.

A swirl of deep violet color releases fruit and savory notes befitting of the cool climate vineyard. Lush and smooth on the palate, this medium-bodied Tempranillo leads with plum, blackberry and black cherry, followed by faint rumors of vanilla. Its tannins are broad and well-layered after aging for two and a half years in Hungarian oak.

Cloaked in a beautiful boysenberry color, our coastal syrah steps out of the bottle as a buttoned-up wine with a bit of a peppery edge. But it soon relaxes, offering rich fruit flavors and sweet chili spice. Its textural tannins indicate excellent cellar-ability – if you can resist the temptation to pour some right now.
