Sparkling and Cuvée: Sip, sip … hooray!

Enjoy two toast-worthy Gali wines. In wine speak, cuvée translates to “blend” and our 2022 is a blend of six pinot noir clones all grown in the Gali vineyard. In sparkling wine production, cuvée can also be used to describe the first press of the grapes which often produces juice with the purest varietal flavors (less impact by skins and seeds). Look for notes of apple, brioche and nectarine in the brut sparkling wine made from chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot blanc grapes grown along the Sonoma Coast. This collection is packaged in a black gift box with a bow.
